Emails went out to the email address that you registered/paid with on Monday, September 14 at around 3:48AM Central time with instructions on how to access Attendify. The email came from presidentelect@pminashville.org. Make sure to check your Spam or Promotions folder. You can also do an Inbox/full Mailbox search from sender “presidentelect@pminashville.org.” Some Attendees have been able to find the email this way. Make sure to whitelist this email for any future communications. If did not received an email and have searched your messages, please feel free to send us a message via the Contact page on this website at http://www.pmimidsouthpdd.org/contact or the button on the right hand side of this screen that says “Contact.” Choose the Technology subject and include the email you registered with. Troubleshooting Access to Attendify and On-Demand Sessions

On-demand videos are posted and available in Attendify. Log in to the event and go to Event Schedule. Click on the sessions you want to watch.

At this time, you cannot watch sessions from within Attendify’s mobile app. The workaround is to log in to the Attendify event link from the browser on your mobile device. You should be able to watch sessions from the browser on a mobile (not the app).

When you paste/save the link to our event, make sure you have included the “/” at the end of the link. Paste the full link in to your browser with the “/” at the end: https://ve.attendify.com/index/oaj3lg/s_oaj3lg/ We have reported this bug to Attendify.

Reporting PDUs

If you attended the live PDD event September 15-17, but you are not seeing your PDUs on your pmi.org account, you will need to self-report the PDUs.

We did our very best, but we did run into a few issues with submitting some claims. If you are not seeing your claim submissions, please be aware that you will need to self-report because we may have had an issue with your particular account.

Some of the issues we ran into are as follows:

  • Some profiles did not have the PMI number to submit the claims (You may need to speak to your chapter leadership to get your profile updated)
  • If you were not able to attend the whole session, we were not able to submit on your behalf

What do you need to do?

If you have any questions, please email us at info@pmimemphis.org.

You do not need to take any action. You do not need to do anything but attend a session or watch it on-demand to earn the PDU. We have since confirmed that we have NO special requirements or poll questions for PDU reporting. See the other FAQ questions regarding reporting PDUs or the Updated Attendee Handbook in Attendify Under Resources for more information.

Please send a message through our website contact form. You can click Contact on right side of this page or go to the Contact link on the menu above.

Registration

Event registration is currently closed. We are discussing the possibility of re-opening registration for on-demand attendance only. If/when that decision is made, we will post on this website (and update this FAQ). Thank you for your understanding.

You can go to https://pmimidsouthpdd.org/register/. If you are affiliated with (or a member of) any of the participating chapters, please click on the link of that chapter on the registration site so that your chapter gets credit for the registration. If you are not affiliated with, a member of, or heard about the event from one of the listed chapters, please choose the “Other Registrations” link at the bottom of the registration page.

The fee is $120.00 USD for attendees to have access to all 3 days of the event and the ability to watch sessions on demand through at least December 31, 2020.

To make it easier, we are offering one low rate of $120.00 USD for all attendees.

You can register on your own at https://pmimidsouthpdd.org/register/ or you can use the “Contact Us” page or link to email us so we can help you register.

We prefer if you pay online via credit card, but you can check with your local chapter to verify their policy on offline payments. You can use the “Contact Us” button at the right of this page (or the “Contact” page link on the menu at the top of the page) to email us if you would like to inquire about paying offline. If you are not part of one of the participating chapters (shown on the registration page), you must pay online via the “Other” registration link at https://pmimidsouthpdd.org/register/.

Since the event is available on demand in Attendify through at least until December 31, 2020, we are not allowing any registrations to be transferred.

The event will be available to watch on demand in our Attendify event application after the live event has concluded. All the PDU sessions will be recorded and accessible at least through December 31, 2020.

Schedule/Speakers

The event will be held Tuesday, September 15, 2020 through Thursday, September 17, 2020 and will begin each day at 9:00AM CDT. We are still working on the final schedule and speaker order for the event. When the schedule is finalized, it will be posted on the Schedule page on the www.pmimidsouthpdd.org website. Some confirmed speakers are already posted on the speakers page at https://pmimidsouthpdd.org/speakers/.

Speaker contact information, websites, and social media are listed on the speaker page at  https://pmimidsouthpdd.org/speakers/. If you click the photo of the speaker, it will take you to the speaker’s preferred website.
